The apartments

Situated in what was once a Medieval village, Cinciano's setting is fascinating. The Villa, at the center of the village, is surrounded by ancient buildings converted into apartments. The apartments have been renovated according to the Tuscan style, with terra cotta floors, wood beam ceilings, and typical country home hearths. Guests experience an atmosphere of refined country living, in rooms furnished with care and equipped with every comfort. The apartments have patios surrounded by vegetation that lead to a large swimming pool. Cinciano overlooks the splendid Tuscan countryside and the villages of Linari, Sant'Appiano, and Barberino Val' d'Elsa. The towers of San Gimignano can be seen in the distance.

Each apartment is equipped with sheets, towels, and kitchen linens. Breakfast, utilities (water, gas, and electricity), weekly cleaning and change of linens, the use of a washing machine, private parking, and taxes are included.

The following are available upon request:
- Barbeque
- Cribs and high chairs
- Daily cleaning, at an additional cost
- Use of a private dining room, kitchen, and catering service for small groups

A minimum reservation of 4 nights is required during low/mid season; Christmas and Easter.

Reservations require a 30% down payment, payable by bank transfer, postal money order or Paypal. The balance is due at departure. Unless written notice is received 20 days prior to the expected arrival date, 50% will be withheld when cancellations occur.

A damage deposit of €150 per apartment must be paid upon arrival. In the absence of damage, the deposit will be returned at departure.
